1 cup Nutella

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, whip the cream on medium speed until it forms stiff peaks. This should take about 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overwhip!

    In a separate bowl, carefully fold the Nutella into the whipped cream. Use a spatula to gently mix them together until fully incorporated, making sure not to deflate the whipped cream too much.

      Once combined, spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes or glasses, smoothing the tops with a spatula.

        Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to set.
