200g (7 oz) feta cheese block

500g (1 lb) cherry tomatoes

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

300g (10.5 oz) pasta of your choice (penne or spaghetti recommended)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to roast the feta and tomatoes.

    Prepare the Baking Dish: In a medium-sized baking dish, place the feta cheese block in the center. Surround it with the cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle the minced garlic around and drizzle olive oil over the entire dish.

      Season: Season the feta and tomatoes with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.

        Roast: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and roast for 25 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and the feta becomes golden and soft.
