4 medium-sized russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Start by washing and scrubbing the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

    Using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer, slice the potatoes into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.

        Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until evenly coated. Make sure every slice is well covered.

          Preheat your air fryer at 380°F (193°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

            Arrange the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overlapping too much. You may need to fry them in batches depending on your air fryer's size.

              Air fry the slices at 380°F (193°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on them towards the end to achieve your desired level of crispiness.

                Once done, remove the potato slices from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
