Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

12 oz spaghetti

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

        Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and stir until evenly coated.

          In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.

            Pour the creamy spaghetti mixture over the marinara sauce and level it out.

              Top with the remaining marinara sauce, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                  Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
