Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 French baguette, sliced for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well.

Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Meanwhile, slice the French baguette and arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

Toast the sliced baguette in the oven (you can do this during the last 10 minutes of the dip's baking time) for about 5-7 minutes, just until lightly golden.

Remove the dip and the baguette from the oven. Let the dip cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serve the warm baked garlic bread dip with the toasted baguette slices for dipping. Enjoy!
