Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Cut each potato into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).

Make the Coating: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Coat the Wedges: Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them well in the mixture, ensuring that each wedge is evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not crowded.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Garnish and Serve: Once the wedges are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
