1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Optional: Your favorite dipping sauce (e.g., chimichurri or garlic aioli)

Instructions
 

Prep the Steak: Start by patting the sirloin steak pieces dry with paper towels to help them achieve a better sear.

    Season the Steak: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Air Fry the Steak Bites: Place the seasoned steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure there is some space between the pieces to ensure even cooking. You may need to do this in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.

          Cook: Air fry the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The steak bites should reach your desired level of doneness (medium-rare is about 130°F or 54°C).

            Rest the Steak: Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
