4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional, for drizzling)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare Sweet Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed sweet potatoes. Drizzle the olive oil and maple syrup over the sweet potatoes.

      Season: Sprinkle the cinnamon, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and rosemary on top. Toss everything together until the sweet potatoes are well-coated in the oil and spices.

        Spread Evenly: Transfer the seasoned sweet potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them into a single layer, leaving some space between the cubes for even roasting.
