For the Taco Bowl:

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)

For the Guacamole:

2 ripe avocados

1 lime, juiced

1 small tomato, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

Salt to taste

For the Pico de Gallo:

2 medium tomatoes, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

For Serving:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

Tortilla chips (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Beef:

    - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes).

      - Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.

        - Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

          Make the Guacamole:

            - In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Mix in lime juice, diced tomato, red onion, and salt. Adjust seasoning as needed.

              Prepare the Pico de Gallo:

                - In a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

                  Assemble the Taco Bowl:

                    - In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, black beans, corn, and the seasoned ground beef.

                      - Top each bowl with a generous scoop of guacamole and pico de gallo.

                        - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and add a dollop of sour cream.
