Ingredients

1 lb lump crab meat, picked over for shells

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Tortilla chips, crostini, or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Goodies: Gently fold in the lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until just combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the crab mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake the Dip: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crostini, or fresh vegetable sticks.
