Ingredients

12 oz. dark chocolate chips

12 oz. white chocolate chips

1 cup crushed pretzels

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

1/2 cup colorful sprinkles

Sea salt (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to create a non-stick surface for the candy bark.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely smooth.

Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula to form a thin layer. Place it in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set.

While the dark chocolate is setting, melt the white chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl using the same 30-second interval method.

Once the dark chocolate is firm, pour the melted white chocolate over the set dark chocolate layer. Use a spatula to gently swirl the two chocolates together for a marbled effect.

Immediately sprinkle the crushed pretzels and freeze-dried strawberries evenly over the melted white chocolate layer.

Finish by adding a touch of colorful sprinkles and a pinch of sea salt if desired, for that perfect sweet-and-salty combination.

Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until fully set. Once hardened, break the candy bark into irregular pieces.
