1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 cloves black garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Steak: In a bowl, combine the steak cubes, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until the steak is evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature to enhance the flavors.
