Instructions

    Cook the Carrots: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the carrots and cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until they are tender but still slightly crisp. Drain the carrots and set aside.

        Combine Carrots and Glaze: Add the drained carrots to the skillet with the brown sugar glaze. If you’d like a touch of acidity, drizzle in the apple cider vinegar. Stir gently to coat the carrots evenly in the glaze.
