Ingredients
  

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust based on spice preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    Add Chicken: Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours for more flavor.

      Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
