2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the Pasta: Begin by cooking the spaghetti or fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they become translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute, then add the mushrooms and cook until they're browned and tender.

      Make the Sauce: Sprinkle the flour over the sautéed vegetables and stir to combine. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth, ensuring there are no lumps. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer while continuously stirring. Once it thickens (about 3-4 minutes), reduce the heat and slowly stir in the heavy cream.

        Season the Sauce: Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Stir in the shredded chicken and frozen peas, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

          Combine Pasta and Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and the chicken sauce mixture. Toss well to ensure the pasta is fully coated.
