Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

4 large flour tortillas (spinach or regular)

1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dried cranberries, fresh parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. If using, add the sliced almonds and gently fold them in.

Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread a generous portion of the cranberry feta mixture evenly over the entire surface.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape, ensuring the filling is sealed inside.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter.
