Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen peas

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Add Broth and Seasoning: Pour in the beef broth and Italian seasoning. Stir well and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes.

Make it Creamy: Reduce the heat to low, then add the heavy cream and cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit more beef broth to reach your desired consistency.

Combine Pasta and Peas: Add the cooked bowtie pasta and frozen peas to the skillet. Gently toss everything together until the pasta is well-coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your creamy beef and bowtie pasta warm!
