2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup grapes, halved

1 cup diced mango

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup whipped cream (or coconut whipped cream for a dairy-free option)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, pineapple, bananas, blueberries, grapes, and mango. Gently toss them together to mix without bruising the fruit.
