Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach, fresh

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooked pasta or rice (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp: Season the peeled and deveined shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Cook the Shrimp: Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, followed by the chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and then whisk in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Add Tomatoes and Spinach: Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach. Allow them to cook in the sauce until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.

Combine: Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and mix well. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serve: Serve the creamy garlic butter shrimp over cooked pasta or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
