1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Juice of half a lemon

Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and black pepper.
