Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Chopped peanuts (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Use a whisk or hand mixer to blend the ingredients until they are smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness, adding more honey or syrup if desired. For a peanut butter lover’s twist, consider folding in some chocolate chips at this stage.

Pour the mixture into an airtight container and smooth the top with a spatula.

Place the container in the freezer for about 3-4 hours, or until the mixture is firm but still scoopable.

Once frozen, let the yogurt sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before scooping, to soften slightly for easier serving.

Serve in bowls or cones, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
