1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Prepare Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a meat mallet, gently pound each chicken breast to an even thickness for easier rolling.
