6 large flour tortillas

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup salsa (for serving)

Sour cream (for serving)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
