2 lbs chicken wings

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried ranch seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top of it. This will allow the heat to circulate around the wings and promote extra crispiness.

    Prep the Chicken Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. The drier the wings, the crispier they’ll be once baked.

      Season the Wings: In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and dried ranch seasoning. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

        Arrange on the Rack: Spread the seasoned wings out in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they have space between them for even cooking.

          Bake the Wings: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the wings for 30 minutes. Then, carefully flip the wings over and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
