1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Olive oil for frying

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Begin by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips. Season the strips with salt and pepper.
