1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Zest of 1 lime

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small red onion, finely diced

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 avocado, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Optional: Crumbled feta cheese for topping

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Crispy Chickpeas: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are well-coated.
