2 cups cottage cheese (low-fat or regular)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup almond flour (or any flour of your choice)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is fully integrated and forms a thick batter-like consistency.

      Shape Chips: Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Use the back of the spoon to flatten each dollop into a thin disc. The thinner you make them, the crispier they will be!
