1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

    Prepare the Zucchini: Cut the zucchini into fry-shaped sticks, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, which helps them become crispier.

      Set Up Dipping Stations: In one bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

        Coat the Zucchini: Dip each zucchini stick first into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, and then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture. Press down slightly to ensure the crumbs adhere well.
