Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional: chopped green onions and blue cheese for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the cauliflower: In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

Make the batter: In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk and olive oil. Pour this mixture over the cauliflower florets and mix until all are evenly coated.

Air fry: Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until they're golden brown and crispy.

Toss in buffalo sauce: Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower to a large bowl, add the buffalo sauce, and toss gently to coat each piece well.

Serve: Return the sauced cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the sauce.

Garnish and enjoy: Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and blue cheese if desired.
