2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Mix Chicken and Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
