Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars (approximately 4 bars)

1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

Sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Mixing the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger bars, and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until you achieve a cohesive mixture; it should be slightly sticky and hold together when pressed.

Forming the Balls: Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Continue until you have formed all the mixture into balls (should yield about 20).

Chilling: Place the baking sheet with the balls in the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

Melting the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Coating the Balls: Remove the chilled peanut butter balls from the fridge. Using a fork or a toothpick, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Return the coated balls to the parchment paper.

Topping (Optional): If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each chocolate-covered ball before the chocolate sets.

Setting the Chocolate: Once all the balls are coated, place the baking sheet back in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.

Serving: Once the chocolate is firm, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
