2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

1 teaspoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of whole-grain or sourdough bread

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined and creamy.

    Toast the Bread: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 slices of bread to the skillet, toasting each side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining oil and bread slices.

      Assemble the Melts: Spread a generous amount of the chicken and avocado mixture onto each toasted bread slice, making sure to cover it well with the mixture.
