Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup spinach, fresh or thawed frozen, chopped

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup ranch dressing

4 large pizza dough rolls (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and ranch dressing. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Roll the Dough: Roll out each pizza dough roll into an oval or rectangle shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Fill the Dough: Place about ½ cup of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece, making sure to leave space around the edges for sealing.

Seal the Bakes: Fold the dough over the filling, creating a pocket shape. Pinch the edges to seal, making sure there are no openings for the filling to escape.

Brush with Egg Wash: Place the sealed bakes on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish. Optionally, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds on top for extra flavor and crunch.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bakes are golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
