Ingredients

8 ounces large pasta shells

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup frozen peas (thawed)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Aromatics: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until the onion becomes translucent.

Add Liquids and Seasoning: Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine, and bring to a simmer.

Incorporate Cheese: Gradually mix in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix in Peas and Pasta: Add the thawed peas and the cooked pasta shells to the skillet. Gently fold the pasta into the sauce until evenly coated.

Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately!
