1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cups (720ml) chicken broth

1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

12 oz (340g) fettuccine pasta

1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sauté the Chicken: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and season them with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.

    Cook the Garlic: In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.

      Add Liquids and Pasta: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine. Add the fettuccine pasta and Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
