1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

      In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and salt.
