Ingredients
  

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1 red onion, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced

1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and diced bell pepper.

    Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.

      In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
