Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Silicone muffin liners or cupcake molds

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Once mixed, taste the yogurt mixture. If you prefer it sweeter, add more honey or maple syrup, and mix well.

Add Chocolate Chips: If you want a little extra crunch and chocolate flavor, fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Prepare Molds: Place silicone muffin liners or cupcake molds on a baking tray for easy transfer.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds, filling them to the top. Smooth out the surface with the back of a spoon.

Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer and let the cups freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove the cups from the molds. If they stick, you can let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before removing.

Store: Keep the frozen yogurt cups in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. Enjoy them straight from the freezer for a cool treat!
