Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: If you haven’t already, cut the watermelon into cubes and spread them out on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.

Blend Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, coconut water, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend on high until smooth. You may have to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is evenly mixed.

Adjust Consistency: If the slushie is too thick, add more coconut water a little at a time and blend again until you reach your desired consistency. It should be slushy and refreshing.

Serve Immediately: Pour the slushies into chilled glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and an extra burst of flavor.

Enjoy: Sip your refreshing frozen watermelon slushies immediately for the best texture and taste!
