2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or your favorite nuts)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Popsicle molds or paper cups

Sticks for popsicles

Prepare the Mixture: In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Mix in the Nuts: Transfer the banana-yogurt mixture to a bowl. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips, if using.

      Fill the Molds: Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds or paper cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Insert sticks into the center of each mold.

        Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

          Unmold the Pops: Once frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the pops. Carefully pull them out.
