1 lb ground beef

1 cup of long-grain white rice

2 cups beef broth (or water)

1 cup diced bell peppers (mix of colors)

1 cup chopped onions

1 cup frozen corn

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

    Brown the Beef: Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary.

      Sauté Veggies: Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

        Add Rice and Broth: Stir in the rice, beef broth, frozen corn, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
