3 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced (about ¼ inch thick)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Prep the Zucchini: Start by washing the zucchinis and trimming the ends. Using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer, cut the zucchinis into thin, even slices to ensure they cook evenly.

    Toss with Seasonings: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the zucchini slices are well coated with the oil and seasonings.

      Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned zucchini slices. Gently toss again until the cheese is evenly distributed across all the slices.

        Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
