Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites:

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for frying

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Pasta:

8 oz (225g) pasta (penne or fettuccine works great)

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Bites:

    a. In a shallow dish, mix the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

      b. In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.

        c. In a third dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

          Coat the Chicken:

            a. Take the chicken pieces and dip them first in the seasoned flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the Parmesan panko mixture. Ensure they are well coated.

              Cook the Chicken Bites:

                a. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken bites in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.

                  b. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

                    Prepare the Pasta:

                      a. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.

                        b. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

                          Make the Cream Sauce:

                            a. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously.

                              b. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

                                Combine Pasta and Sauce:

                                  a. Add the cooked pasta back into the pot with the creamy sauce. Toss to coat well.

                                    Serve:

                                      a. Plate the creamy pasta and top it with the crispy garlic Parmesan chicken bites.

                                        b. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve immediately.
