2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

      Prepare the Avocado: While the chicken is grilling, scoop the flesh of the avocados into a bowl. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mash slightly with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture in the center. Layer on fresh spinach, sliced grilled chicken, and halved cherry tomatoes. If desired, add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top.

          Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to secure everything inside. Repeat for all tortillas.

            Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or salad on the side.
