4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cornbread mix

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup melted butter, divided

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
