Ingredients

1 large tortilla wrap (spinach or plain)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup thinly sliced cooked ham

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp olive oil (for frying, optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and Dijon mustard (if using). Mix until smooth and well-blended.

Lay the tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface or a large cutting board.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving about half an inch from the edges.

Layer the sliced ham evenly over the cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle the sliced bell peppers and chopped green onions on top of the ham.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the fillings stay inside.

Once rolled, slice the pinwheel into 1-inch thick pieces. You should get about 8-10 slices.

(Optional) If you prefer a warm version, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the pinwheels in the skillet, cut side down, and sauté until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious cheesy ham pinwheels!
