Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup deli Italian salami, chopped

1/2 cup sliced ham

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup marinara sauce for dipping (plus extra for spreading)

3 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until fully blended.

Slowly pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thick, you can add a splash more milk until it reaches a spreadable consistency.

Mix in the shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, salami, ham, roasted red peppers, and black olives until evenly distributed.

Spread half of the batter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the batter, then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

Carefully dollop the remaining batter over the marinara sauce and spread it evenly to cover.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping on the side.
