Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Pizza Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick. Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice it into 2-inch squares.

Add Cheese and Pepperoni: Place a small handful of shredded mozzarella (about 1 tablespoon) and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough square. Sprinkle a pinch of Parmesan cheese and a dash of Italian seasoning on top.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the corners of the dough squares towards the center, pinching them together to seal tightly. Ensure there are no openings for the cheese to leak out during baking.

Brush with Egg Wash: Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bomb lightly with the beaten egg using a pastry brush. This helps to achieve that golden-brown color when baking.

Season: Sprinkle a bit of garlic powder and extra Italian seasoning on top of each ball for added flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pizza bombs are puffed and golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve alongside a warm bowl of marinara sauce for dipping.
