Ingredients

1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds, optional)

Extra shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, crushed graham crackers, and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

If you're using mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts, fold them into the mixture for added texture and flavor.

Using your hands, scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture until all the ingredients are used.

Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat them evenly.

Place the coconut cream balls on a parchment-lined tray or plate.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set. For firmer balls, you can refrigerate longer.

Serve chilled and enjoy these delightful bites with your kids!
