Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well blended. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the crust, followed by the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly across the top.

If using, sprinkle the chopped nuts over the chips.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered crust and chips in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Be cautious not to overbake.

Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.

For best results, refrigerate for an hour to firm them up completely. Enjoy your magical treat!
